In the morning it makes a nice show-off in front of the school, it wins all the competitions during the day and in the evening it becomes the queen of the ball. Light and deft as a gymnast, with its unbeatable wheels it can carry up to 120 kg.  Though basically intended for schoolers, it hangs on to you into adult life with a simple switch of handlebars. No-one’s ever ridden such a scooter. 

A child or an adult? A girl or a boy? Fun or race? Frida & Fred! A younger version of Yedoo Friday, "the world´s most stylish scooter," it is even lighter and more beautiful, and a bit shorter, therefore even easier to store - as deft as a gymnast. In the morning it makes a nice show-off in front of the school, it wins all the competitions during the day and in the evening it becomes the queen of the ball. Two large fast wheels make even sedentary types become athletes and then just tiny dots on the horizon ... Saturday's family trip, an easy destination in two shakes. Where are you, slowpokes?! But careful, after the ride, adults start to be too interested in the scooter and won´t want to give it back on Sunday. No problem, with a carrying capacity of 120 kilos, it will take you all in the worst case. And given interchangeable handlebars for adults, it lasts a lifetime. Such a scooter hasn´t been ridden in the world yet.

Design and technology

A father, a scooter-rider himself, came over to us asking whether we could make a scooter for his daughters, too. Not sporting girls at all, to help them, perhaps, even in competitions ... A real race scooter for kids from the age of seven? What a challenge for our developers! And because we´ve known nothing better than the extruded aluminum profiles, we´ve tried to modify existing Alloy models and combine them with all kinds of children's scooters. There were sounds of wild activity coming from our workshop then, and from time to time spooky hybrids appeared at the door like those in the story of a chameleon who wanted to have flamingo´s legs and a fox´s tail. Only the combination of shortened Friday and children's components was the right solution in the end. The scooter looked great and it was great to ride. And the girls most likely won the races with it. And our daddy? He won´t hear a bad word said against Yedoo ever since.
Two sixteen-inch wheels are unbeatably fast. The minimum footboard thickness means the minimum height of the frame above the terrain, and therefore minimal "squatting". Frida & Fred just goes and goes and your legs don´t hurt - when training or when racing. Later on we brought some improvements and made the scooter even lighter. The current weight of only 6.5 kg and loading capacity up to 120 kg are already the prerequisites for the victory of the whole family! At the core, however, Frida & Fred is a scooter made especially for children, which is reflected in the safety features as well as the components used. Just try it out!

Graphic design and colors

Friday is the most elegant "en vogue" of Yedoo scooters, but Frida & Fred, its version for urban schoolers, doesn´t keep a cosmopolitan wim just for girls, either - there is still Fred. Black spokes , sophisticated color combinations of a stylish sweet shop, and the newly color-matched forks and bowdens - such as the popular red mint or black coffee with cream – appeal to both Frida's and Fred's, in the park, on the square, simply everywhere.

1. a scooter for elder children (7-13 years), which will last them their entire life after exchanging handlebars for adult ones
2. light and solid aluminium frame (total weight of the scooter only 6.5 kg)
3. a shortened footboard and 16“/16“ wheels give agility and speed to the scooter, no child will stay behind
4. you can adjust the height of the handlebar easily and quickly using one hex key, maintenance and basic servicing are similarly undemanding
5. the model is prepared for installation of the stand, mudguards and a bottle holder; you can buy these, as well as other accessories extra, i.e. the light, bell, mobile holder
6. the low footboard and its minimum thickness spare the supporting leg, add joy from the ride as well as the number of kilometres travelled
7. the dual-position rear fork will enable setting up the ride height of the footboard for road and off-road (4 / 6 cm)
8. ergonomically shaped grips are pleasant to the touch and comfortable to hold
9. the practical heel stop in the rear part of the footboard will make manipulation with the scooter easier, you can also use it to lift the scooter when riding over potholes
10. due to the quick-release levers, you will be able to take the front and the rear wheel off in a second and transport the scooter easily in a car or store it
