Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on most products to Mainland UK - please note, some deliveries to Northern Ireland may incur an additional surcharge which will be applied at checkout.  Delivery times will vary depending on brand.  Larger, bulkier items may take longer to be delivered, especially if pallet delivery is required.  Delivery to Northern Ireland can also take longer due to the additional requirements of delivering there.

*Some items will incur delivery costs. These will be applied to your basket automatically prior to checkout.

If you need a next day delivery please contact us to see if this is something we can accommodate.

The majority of items are received within 3-5 working days. Please note, Soft Play, Ball Pits and some of the indoor play equipment have a longer lead time and are shipped from abroad. Please refer to the product pages for specific delivery times. 

Delivery times are estimated and can be longer, especially during peak seasons.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship products to Europe or Worldwide.

Should you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving your items. Please refer to the refund section for more information. Please note, returns are to be undertaken at the customers expense. This will sometimes include shipping items back to the warehouse origin which could be outside of the UK which may well incur additional customs clearance fees & charges.
